Liturgy

The Parish Liturgy Group meets on the first Wednesday Night of the month at Holy Cross Church, Kippa Ring and prepares the liturgies for worship within the Parish Churches of Holy Cross, Kippa Ring and Mary Queen of Peace, Woody Point.

Welcome to the Liturgical Ministries 

We welcome our parishioners who wish to share their gifts with the worshipping community to participate in the ministries within the Catholic Communities of Holy Cross Catholic Parish.

Singers, Cantors, Choirs members and Musicians to assist with our worship at Eucharist and Prayer - Fiona coordinates these ministries.

Sacristans for Holy Cross Church, Kippa Ring and Mary Queen of Peace, Woody Point are Audrey and Ruby respectively.

The Readers of God's Word proclaim the scriptures at Worship. Training sessions are conducted regularly.

Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist are approved by the Archbishop and assist with the distribution of Holy Communion at Mass.

Ministers of the Altar (Altar Servers) assist the priest with serving at the Altar.

Ministers of Hospitality(Welcomers, Ushers, Collectors and providing the 'cuppa' after mass) welome all to the Catholic Community.
